Output: The success of the programme across the organisation is evident with a culture shift to prioritising performance, quality and productivity. The Trust is now highly regarded for the work that it does.
Leadership Development Programme
Why: To enable high growth in business in line with expanding in new markets.
How: We designed, implemented and facilitated a blended global High Potential Leadership Development programme.
Output: The programme was awarded the CIPD Learning Award with specific mention of strong metrics gained over 3 years which demonstrated success for the business in retaining and developing ‘top talent’, and achieved its other goal of building leaders who could grow the business.

Coaching Young Entrepreneurs
Why: To enable young entrepreneurs to maximise their work experience in an entrepreneurial environment and create their own start up.
How: We carried 1:1 coaching to support business and personal challenges over a 12 month period
Output: Participants reported increased confidence in achieving their goals and managing their work lives in a more productive way.

Building Strategic HR
Why: To enable Human Resource functions across 23 NHS providers offer a clear strategic partnering model of HR.
How: We designed an intra-dependent development programmes for different levels of HR staff to increase their strategic understanding of the organisations in which they were working and to add value.
Output: Senior staff made significant strategic impact and mentored junior staff to increase their value add.
Engaging with Strategy
Why: To enable business leaders to proactively engage staff with a new business strategy to support business growth.
How: We coached senior executives in strategy translation, performance conversations and devising a local staff engagement strategy.
Output: Senior Leaders were able to drive a customer centric and digital business transformation programme through increased communication and engagement.

Why: To reduce a serious backlog in applications for Asylum.
How: We coached team leaders to develop capabilities to increase engagement, performance and morale
Output: The productivity of the caseworker teams increased by 23% and the model was successfully delivered across 7 regional teams with similar results.
